About The Role
Knight Frank is looking to hire a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our internal software engineering team, based in our Baker Street HQ.

Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically versatile Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform experience. You will design, develop, and deliver innovative Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of Dynamics 365 CE solutions including plug-ins, custom workflow activities, Power Automate flows, and Canvas/Model-driven apps
  • Deliver scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps Portals / Power Pages, Power BI, and advanced integration via Dataverse
  • Champion and manage Azure DevOps pipelines, release strategies, automated testing (unit/integration/UI), and secure deployments
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, stakeholders and business analysts to define effective CE solution designs
  • Create and maintain automated data integrations using Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and custom APIs
  • Serve as technical authority for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Identify and deliver performance, usability, and security improvements across solutions
  • Support a DevOps culture, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers and testers

Key Experience Required:

  • 2:1 degree in Computer Science or a related field, Microsoft Developer Certification (desirable).
  • Minimum 7+ years\’ experience with C#, plus strong skills in .NET/.NET Core, Power Apps, Microsoft 365, REST APIs, SQL Server, JavaScript/TypeScript/Angular, and Azure (including PaaS components).
  • Experience with TDD, automation (e.g. Playwright), Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, coding standards, security, and debugging across complex systems.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, technical direction, requirement gathering, and clearly conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
