Operations Inventory Analyst

Purpose Of The Role

Responsible for owning the inventory management and procurement processes within our on-site Personalisation Operations. This role will ensure sufficient component coverage and availability, as well as providing vital insights and reports on supplier service delivery.

Job Title: Operations Inventory Analyst

Reporting to: Component Management Team Lead

Purpose Of The Role

Responsible for owning the inventory management and procurement processes within our on-site Personalisation Operations. This role will ensure sufficient component coverage and availability, as well as providing vital insights and reports on supplier service delivery.

This role will support the planning and coordination of seasonal kit launches alongside pre-peak preparation within the Operations team.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Ensuring sufficient coverage level of Product Component Inventory
  • Executing the component procurement process from end-to-end
  • Enacting strategies to minimise time to readiness, reducing delivery times to customers
  • Working closely with suppliers to report SLA levels and identify opportunities for improved service
  • Supporting the planning and coordination of kit launches across various sports, partners, and suppliers
  • Leveraging analytical thinking to draw actionable insights from data sources, including presenting to stakeholders and senior leaders

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

  • Previous experience in Supply Chain or Inventory Management
  • Strong understanding and use of Excel
  • Structured and thorough approach to analysing and presenting data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations to share results, insights, and performance with stakeholders
