We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Administrator to join the Engineering team. In this role, you will ensure adherence to the maintenance schedule with internal and external resource assignment.
Your responsibilities in this role would be:
- Administration of the asset maintenance scheduling software
- Ensuring all planned maintenance is completed as scheduled, providing monthly reports on completion rates and highlighting any issues
- Purchasing activities for engineering critical spares
- Working closely with various departments to organise asset availability ensuring maximum equipment availability.
- Managing Contractors through permits to work
Profile description:
We are looking for:
- Minimum Education GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
- Working knowledge of the preventative maintenance process in a GMP environment (preferred)
- Previous experience working within an Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) and or CMMS
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and to problem solve
- Microsoft Office expertise within MS Word & Excel, Outlook & MS Teams
- Good communication and numerical reasoning skills
