About the role of Design Manager
Fawkes & Reece are aiding an award-winning housing developer in their latest project which is approaching the 2nd stage of development. With over 125 years of construction experience and a multibillion pound annual turnover, you will have to mirror their approach and attention to detail on specifications and quality. This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins on a residential development consisting of three 4-story RC frame apartment blocks and 20 traditionally built homes. With the project design completed it will now be entering the construction delivery phase, and we are now looking for a capable Design Manager to drive the project from post design through to completion. This role will be site based 5 days a week in Wokingham, so candidates must be within a commutable distance to ensure smooth delivery.
