We are dedicated to developing a culture of high performance.We are currently looking to support our existing People and Payroll Services Team through the addition of a Senior Employee Relations Advisor on a fixed term contract basis.As a Senior Employee Relations Advisor at Pick Everard, you will provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, ranging from policy advice to informal cases, formal procedures, and complex issues.You will play a key role in promoting positive working relationships and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, including policy advice, informal cases, formal procedures, and complex issues. Promote positive working relationships and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Advise managers and employees on resolving conflicts, managing performance, conduct, and attendance concerns. Contribute to the development of People policies and practices. Support workforce development and design, leading workplace restructure and reorganization as we continue our growth journey.
