About the Commercial Mortgage Broker Role As a Commercial Mortgage Broker, you’ll benefit from a constant stream of high-quality commercial finance leads, alongside pre-qualified appointments set by the administration team. You’ll also enjoy enhanced commission splits for any self-generated business. You’ll work across a broad range of commercial finance cases, including, Commercial mortgages (investment & owner-occupier), Semi-commercial, Bridging finance, Development finance and Portfolio and complex buy-to-let To excel, you’ll need proven experience in one or more of these commercial lending areas.
