Join a European infrastructure fund with a PE mindset , investing in companies not just assets . With c.£5bn AUM in Lux-structured funds, they’re growing fast and looking for a high-calibre Fund Controller to help drive performance across the portfolio.
The Role
As Fund Controller, you’ll lead the oversight of fund accounting (managing a team of 2) and take ownership of the portfolio performance reporting —not just for investors, but for deal teams who value your commercial insight.
You will:
- Own the relationship with fund administrators, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Deal Team support : working transactions alongside tax/legal advisors, helping structure deals and guide funding decisions.
- Manage and develop two internal Fund Accountants, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Run the numbers AND the narrative —helping the deal team make better, faster calls based on your financial insight.
- Manage fund liquidity to optimise fund performance
This is not a back-office role . You’ll be a trusted business partner with visibility across the fund.
