These roles offer the chance to work with a high-quality client base, combining standard personal lines with mid- to high-net-worth individuals. You’ll be responsible for managing an existing book of business—around £120k+ in income—while also contributing to new business growth. The role involves advising clients on a range of personal insurance products, including home, motor, jewellery, and art (excluding pet and travel), and ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions and expert advice. The ideal candidate will have experience in a client-facing or Account Executive role within personal lines insurance, a good understanding of products like home, motor, and travel, and be comfortable using platforms such as Acturis or similar. A working knowledge of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty obligations is also important, along with strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach. In Amersham, the role requires three days a week in the office; in London, it’s two. Clients are UK-based, and while there’s no car allowance, there is a bonus structure in place for new business. New business targets are set based on individual experience and capability. If you’re looking for a new challenge in a supportive, professional environment with a strong reputation in the market, I’d love to have a chat.
