Our client specialises in Construction Recruitment (blue collar) and Facilities management recruitment (soft and hard services)
Hard FM deals with physical assets such as plumbing, wiring, elevators and heating and cooling. Soft FM focuses on tasks performed by people such as custodial services, lease accounting, catering, security and grounds keeping.
Soft FM usually relates to the usage of a facility such as cleaning and catering etc
They are a small team of 4, really looking to grow the business due to the huge success they have had over the last 2 years
They work Monday to Thursday 8-5 and 8-3 on Fridays
