Job Description

Are you a recent graduate, sporty individual or sales person who wants to earn high figures post university?

With offices not just in the UK but in Europe, Dubai and the USA, our client is looking for motivated and ambitious individuals who want a fast paced sales role – no experience is needed.

Year 1: £27-£45k | Year 2: £60-£70k | Year 3: 100k+

  • Fast Progression: Promotions based entirely on performance, with leadership roles achievable in 3-5 years.
  • Incentives: Luxury holidays (Dubai, Portugal, Ibiza and more), exclusive team outings, new Apple technology, ski trips, days at the races and other events.
  • Training: Develop skills in sales, negotiation, and marketing through a structured training programme.

Your role:

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle – from advertising jobs and screening CVs to arranging interviews and delivering job offers.
  • Connecting top talent, building relationships with candidates and clients – understand hiring needs and match the right people to the right roles.
  • Develop industry knowledge – become an expert in your sector to advise clients and candidates confidently.
