Hartlebury – Permanent – Full-time – Monday to Friday (with some weekend flexibility) – £26,000–£30,000 + Bonuses

We’re looking for an energetic Inventory & Dispatch Assistant to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role in a high-performance environment where speed, accuracy, and pride in your work are non-negotiable. You’ll help ensure that every one of our premium signed sports memorabilia pieces reaches the customer quickly, securely, and perfectly presented from you.

The role

·        Process and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, meeting tight dispatch deadline

·        Ensure all items are packaged to perfection – safe, secure, and beautifully presented

·        Handle shipping logistics and coordinate with carriers for smooth collections

·        Communicate with internal teams (framing, sales, and customer service) to troubleshoot order issues quickly

·        Prioritise urgent or high-volume dispatches when demand peaks

·        Support other warehouse functions including goods-in and stock replenishment as needed

The Person

·        Previous experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

·        Strong organisation skills and a cool head under pressure

·        A proactive, get-it-done attitude – especially when volume ramps up

·        Willingness to help wherever needed – framing room, packing bench, or warehouse

·        Clear communication skills and a team-player mentality

·        Reliability, stamina, and pride in doing the job well
