Who we are
Bally\’s Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally\’s Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.
With 10,600 employees, the Company\’s casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally\’s will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

The Enterprise Effectiveness & Efficiency team is a newly formed function at Bally’s, designed to drive smarter, faster, and more effective ways of working across the business. As a Project Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of change—shaping the future of how we operate, from big-picture strategy to hands-on delivery.
Whether it’s org design, process improvement, or supporting M&A integrations, you\’ll be leading and supporting cross-functional projects that unlock value, streamline operations, and enable the business to scale with purpose.
So, what will you be doing?

  • Leading the delivery of high-impact EEE initiatives—on time, on scope, and to the quality expected
  • Planning and managing projects end-to-end, spotting risks early, solving problems, and keeping everything on track.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, identify opportunities, and design solutions.
  • Driving organisation-wide transformation efforts including process redesign, org structure updates, operating model changes, and workforce planning.
  • Supporting the creation of key project artefacts: think process maps, change plans, comms, job descriptions, and more.
  • Mapping and analysing current business processes to find efficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining the EEE roadmap and initiative backlog, ensuring visibility and alignment across the business.
  • Coordinating governance activities—running regular updates, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making forums.
  • Working closely with the PMO and other transformation leads to manage dependencies and align efforts across teams.

And what are we looking for?

  • Experience in a similar role or demonstrable experience supporting transformations in a global, cross-functional, or complex setting including delivering transformational projects and strategic initiatives focused on business improvement, updates to Target Operating Model and operational excellence.
  • Experience in org design, talent management, workforce planning, or other people processes.
  • Familiar with effectiveness/efficiency type projects focused on people, processes, and tooling.
  • Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders up to board level.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels built on trust and respect.
  • Excellent understanding of the inner workings of businesses including tech, marketing, operations, finance, legal, HR, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong PM governance tools and process experience.
