About the Role: Learning Support Teacher, superb opportunity in Hounslow

As a Learning Support Teacher, you will work closely with the SENDCo and classroom teachers to:

• Deliver targeted intervention programmes and in-class support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that support learners across the ability range.
• Monitor progress, maintain detailed records, and contribute to EHCPs and review meetings.
• Promote an inclusive learning environment that enables every student to reach their full potential.

What We\’re Looking For: Learning Support Teacher, superb opportunity in Hounslow

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – primary or secondary trained.
• Experience supporting students with SEN, including literacy and numeracy difficulties, ASD, ADHD, and social/emotional needs.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• A genuine passion for inclusive education and helping students succeed.
