Salesforce Business Analyst Professional Services Business)

Location- London (City) /Hybrid Working 2 days per week, Start date- ASAP

Contract Type- Permanent , Hours- Full Time, Salary – £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

I have partnered with a leading professional services firm based in the heart of London, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional client service. As we continue to enhance our Salesforce platform to better support business growth and operational efficiency, we are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join the team

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and Salesforce technology. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and ensure Salesforce solutions align with strategic goals. Your insights will help drive improvements, optimising our Salesforce implementation to support both internal teams and client-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate detailed Salesforce requirements.

  • Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and enhancement within Salesforce.

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications for the Salesforce development team.

  • Support testing phases by creating test cases, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and managing defect resolution.

  • Work alongside Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and external consultants to deliver seamless solutions.

  • Provide ongoing support and training materials to end users to maximise Salesforce adoption and efficiency.

  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce in a professional services or consulting environment.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or related Salesforce products.

  • Ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and user story creation.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
