- Speaks/writes using appropriate business language, mechanics, and gestures in all customer communications
- Builds rapport and credibility, earning customer trust and effective long-term relationships
- Demonstrates the concept of value-based selling and is not intimidated by decision makers or asking for the business
- In service to growth, builds internal relationships within your own workgroup that improves outcomes
- Demonstrate composure and resiliency, being able to effectively deal with pressure, recover quickly from setbacks, remaining optimistic and persistent, even under adversity
How you will lead
- Sell a limited set of products, primarily through outbound contacts
- Establish Intuit\’s credibility with the customer by addressing their current needs and cultivate follow-up and attach opportunities for specialists to work on
- Align with internal key stakeholders to prepare specific nurture campaign activity to increase target audience
- Conduct on-going research to identify new leads – decision makers, contact information, interest and level of urgency
- Provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements
- Builds relationships within their team to learn and share best practices
- Adheres to defined sales procedures and practices
