You will be delivering exceptional technical and commercial solutions to a range of clients across the private and public sector; including education, defence, healthcare, pharmaceutical and commercial.Joining a supportive network as part of a national team, you can expect to receive valuable training, guidance and genuine scope for career development. Your core responsibilities will include:  Leading on the delivery of portfolios of work across both the private and public sector Liaising directly with Clients and Contractors Carrying out building analysis and provide system design calculationsFind out what it is like to work at Pick Everard here: Life at PickEverard – Pick EverardAbout You  Our ideal Principal Building Services Engineer (Electrical) will have:   HND/Degree or equivalent professional qualification.  Knowledge and understanding of BS7671.

 Knowledge of H&S/CDM requirements and current legislation e.g., UK Building Regulations.  Familiarity with electrical and lighting design software’s such as Hevacomp/Amtech/Dialux.  Excellent communication skills, collaborative and self – motivated.

Structured wiring system and security system design experience. Knowledge of construction industry design processes and procurement arrangements. Resource planning and management experience.

Fire alarm and emergency lighting design experience.
