Electrician Commercial Services We’re looking for a skilled Electrician to join our team, carrying out safe, high-quality electrical works across housing. You’ll be responsible for repairs, installations, servicing, inspection, and testing to ensure homes are maintained to a high standard. With a focus on first-time fixes, you’ll deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with BS7671 and all health & safety requirements. Key Responsibilities: Carry out electrical repairs, rewires, servicing, and testing to a high standard Diagnose and repair faults in line with Abri standards Work from drawings and specifications, ensuring materials and compliance testing are in place Provide electrical expertise for planned works, including kitchens, bathrooms, and full rewires Take part in the out-of-hours rota for emergency callouts Maintain a company vehicle and support apprentices/traineesKnowledge, Skills & Experience Required: Fully qualified Electrician with Achievement Measurement 2 and relevant social housing experience City & Guilds 2391, 2360 Parts 1 & 2, 2351/2330 Levels 2 & 3, or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) Knowledge of BS7671 with practical competence in inspection, testing, and commissioning City & Guilds 2394/2395 (desirable) Strong IT and customer care skills Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across locations
