Overview
Senior Director, Talent Acceleration (tX) at SharkNinja. You will lead the design and delivery of talent, learning and culture initiatives across EMEA, acting as a player-coach to a small, high-impact team focused on leadership development, performance, feedback, and amplifying our Outrageously Extraordinary (OE) culture in a fast-scaling region. This role reports to both the Global Vice President, Talent Acceleration and the Chief People Officer, EMEA, and is part of the Talent Acceleration global leadership team.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach the EMEA tX team in designing and delivering high-impact talent programs.
- Apply innovative thinking from marketing, product, behavioral science or psychology to increase engagement with tX initiatives through campaigns, design and data-informed storytelling.
- Partner with People & Culture and business leaders to drive DEI, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
- Use talent analytics to measure impact and inform decisions.
- Coach senior leaders and high-potential talent across the region.
- Align talent strategies with business goals in partnership with HRBPs and regional leadership.
What You’ll Bring
