Are you passionate about shaping the future of workplaces? Foster + Partners, the acclaimed Architecture practice, is looking for experienced Workplace Strategists with strong space planning and Revit skills to join our innovative Workplace Consultancy team.

Our team of designers, analysts, and researchers is dedicated to aligning architecture and interior design with the evolving needs of businesses and communities. We collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and envision how workplaces can inspire productivity and well-being. We also conduct post-occupancy surveys to ensure we learn from real-world experiences and constantly improve our designs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar role as a Workplace Strategist or Space Planner
  • Proficiency in Excel and handling numerical data
  • Strong skills in research, data analysis, and report writing
  • Expertise in workplace strategy and understanding industry trends
  • Storytelling and visual presentation abilities (InDesign, PowerPoint, Photoshop)
