Job Description
Our Client, a museum located near Canary Wharf required a temp Facilities Manager up to end of October2025. May continue but currently no guarantee of funding beyond that point.\\n\\nThe Facilities Manager will manage FM contractors delivering hard and soft FM services such as cleaning, security and maintenance. You will ensure that contractors are performing to the agreed levels and that the building is safe and compliant with HSE legislation.\\n\\nYou will also be involved in the project management of renovations and upgrades.\\n\\nA great opportunity for an Assistant FM to step up or experienced FM to gain exposure to the Museum sector.\\n\\nAn hourly rate of £19.61 is offered with a 37.5 hour week.
