Project Manager (Solar & BESS)\\n\\nAre you ready to take the next step in your solar career?\\n\\nWe’re working with a leading renewable energy contractor expanding its UK operations, seeking an Solar & BESS Project Manager to join their high-performing team. You’ll manage the delivery of commercial & utility-scale solar PV and battery storage projects across the UK – from pre-construction through to commissioning.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple solar PV and BESS projects\\n\\nOversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring delivery on time and to budget\\n\\nLiaise with DNOs, consultants, and internal design teams to ensure technical compliance, including grid integration of BESS systems\\n\\nCoordinate civil, electrical, and BESS installation works throughout the construction programme\\n\\nMaintain strict HSEQ standards across all project phases\\n\\nMonitor and report on project progress, risk, and cost to senior management\\n\\nSupport contract negotiations and procurement activities, particularly for battery systems and energy management technologies.\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in project management within the solar, BESS, or wider renewable energy sector\\n\\nSolid understanding of the UK solar and battery storage project lifecycle – ideally from a construction or EPC background\\n\\nFamiliarity with battery technology, energy storage system design, and grid compliance standards\\n\\nStrong knowledge of HSEQ practices and CDM regulations\\n\\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\\n\\nFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites\\n\\nWhat's on offer\\n\\nOpportunity to join a growing team with a strong solar & BESS project pipeline\\n\\nCareer development into Senior PM or Programme Manager roles\\n\\nSupportive and mission-driven culture focused on the energy transition\\n\\nAttractive salary + great benefits
