In this senior role, you will support the Head of Estates throughout the whole range of Estate functions with specific responsibility for day to day Estates operations, statutory compliance, capital maintenance, management software, PPMs, in-house team and contractors and buildings and engineering services.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide the Head of Estates with professional & technical engineering advice and information as required.
In conjunction with the Estates Manager (Compliance), deputise for the Head of Estates in all professional matters.
