The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

We are currently partnering with a Local Authority in Surrey, who are recruiting for a Planning Lawyer.

You will be needed on a three-month rolling temporary basis working on a mixed caselaod of planning matters, as well as working in tandem with the enforcement team.

This is available as a full-time position and is fully remote, with a negotiable rate.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing legal advice and support on all planning law matters, working closely with planning and/or enforcement staff
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating planning agreements such as
  • Handling and assisting with planning appeals including; written representations, hearings and public inquiries

Working hours:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Flexible working days but need to be available during business hours
