We’re seeking a talented and technical DTC Ecommerce growth specialist. The right candidate will lead the technical website innovation and CRO roadmaps. This is truly unique opportunity to influence and create world class customer experiences on our official websites in the UK and Ireland.
The responsibilities of the Ecommerce Product and CRO Manager…. Could this be you?
- Own the ecommerce product roadmap across CRO and development, managing testing via Intellimize and delivery through our contracted external developers.
- Drive UX and CX improvements to increase conversion rates, site health metrics, and efficiency across the Shopify+ site.
- Manage and optimise the ecommerce tech stack, championing tools and processes that scale with fast DTC growth.
- Use ecommerce, traffic, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into actionable development, CRO strategies and digital innovation.
- Deliver and report on continuous A/B and multivariate testing to drive incremental gains across the funnel.
- Ensure the websites meet technical SEO best practices and deliver a seamless customer experience across all devices.
- Support ecommerce trade team and CRM by enabling tools, features, and efficiencies that drive performance.
- Champion the integration and smart use of AI and LLM technologies to streamline workflows, enhance user experience and reduce reliance on 3rd parties.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, social, and marketing teams to support wider ecommerce and traffic growth strategies.
- Own and report on KPIs including conversion rate, site speed, bounce rate, AOV, and site-driven business efficiency metrics.
Do you have the below skills?
- Experience of Shopify+ required
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Coding knowledge/skills a plus.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
- Proactive, go-getter personality. Capable of thinking differently and developing new ways of working, able to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
- Strong, likable, and inspirational team player
- Proven track record of driving ecommerce growth
- Excellent communication skills from the verbal to written and everything in between
- In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and updates
- Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices leaning
- High standards of excellence and attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
