Are you a highly capable and experienced Executive or Personal Assistant ready to operate at the highest level of business support?
We are seeking a strategic, organised, and resilient Personal Assistant to provide direct, high-level support to the Managing Director of APCOA UK—a market leader in mobility and parking solutions.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of an industry-leading organisation that is transforming the way cities and businesses manage their space, mobility, and infrastructure. At APCOA, we combine cutting-edge technology with operational excellence to deliver innovative solutions across transport hubs, commercial centres, hospitals, and more.
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage priorities, communicate with efficiency and clarity, and maintain operational control in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
About the Role:
As the Personal Assistant, you will serve as the operational backbone to the Managing Director (MD), ensuring priorities are executed with precision. You’ll manage complex schedules, support high-stakes initiatives, and handle sensitive matters with complete discretion. Your work will ensure the MD’s effectiveness, helping drive forward both strategic goals and daily operations across a dynamic business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the MD’s schedule, calendar, travel, and correspondence with precision.
- Coordinate meetings, book travel, manage events, and ensure smooth logistics for key business activities.
- Liaise with key stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless communication and follow-through.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports to support key initiatives.
- Ensure operational and administrative efficiency, including processing invoices, raising purchase orders, and managing documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact—internally and externally—representing the MD with professionalism and polish.
- Provide a trusted, solutions-focused partnership to support both strategic and day-to-day responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record of supporting C-suite or senior leaders in a fast-paced business environment.
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information.
- High emotional intelligence with strong presence and communication skills.
- Naturally proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently.
- Impeccable organisational skills; able to manage shifting priorities without losing momentum.
- Technologically confident—fluent in Microsoft Office, calendar systems, and digital communication tools.
- Full UK driving licence and confident driver (essential due to the on-site nature of the role).
Why Join APCOA?
At APCOA, we are redefining the future of mobility. As the UK’s leading parking and transport infrastructure services provider, our mission goes far beyond car parks—we support smarter cities, sustainability, and people-first transport solutions. This is your opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation at a senior level and work directly alongside a forward-thinking MD who values excellence, efficiency, and impact.
You’ll have visibility, influence, and the opportunity to shape the role around your strengths as the business continues to grow and evolve.
