Insight Employment are seeking a Senior QA Technical Officer for a client of ours in Buckingham.
The role: –
As a Senior QA Technical Officer it is your mission to champion product safety, quality, legality, and authenticity across the client delicious range of products. Deal with compliance ensuring that their site meets the highest standards local UK regulations to the company global policies.
This isnt just a QA role, its a cross-functional adventure!Youll work hand-in-hand with Production to embed Quality Procedures, Critical Control Points (CCPs), and world-class Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) into every step of their process.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are never the same. Youll need to be agile, proactive, and ready to pivot as business needs evolve all while keeping their customer and quality at the heart of everything you do.
Duties are: –
Ensure Excellence: Perform hands-on QA checks from packing and labelling to blast and chiller temps ensuring every product meets top-tier standards.
Be the Quality Gatekeeper: Monitor product quality from intake to delivery with precision data entry and insightful reporting.
Drive Food Safety: Collaborate across departments to uphold and elevate food safety and quality standards.
Investigate & Improve: Lead root cause analysis on non-conformances and supplier issues, turning problems into progress.
Audit Like a Pro: Conduct GMP, hygiene, glass, and plastic audits and follow through to close out any issues.
Lab Hero: Calibrate and maintain lab equipment to keep everything running smoothly.
Document Dynamo: Manage COAs, COCs, delivery notes, and allergen records with meticulous attention to detail.
Micro Mastery: Record and trend micro sample data to spot patterns and prevent issues.
Audit-Ready Always: Support external audits and customer visits with confidence and professionalism.
Customer-Focused: Assist with complaints, queries, and quality requests delivering solutions with speed and care.
Stock the Essentials: Order and manage QA consumables to keep the team equipped.
Team Player: Support production, customer service, and R&D with quality expertise.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Help drive the sites quality performance to new heights.
Train & Maintain: Keep quality systems up to date and support training across the site.

Day shift- 07:30am 15:00pm
Late shift– 15:00pm – Midnight
Rates: –
Day shift- £12.50 per hour
Late shift– £13.00 per hour
