The Business Executive Search Consultant

The Benefits Executive Search Consultant
- Base salary of £32k, rising to £35k after 6-month probation, and £40k after your first promotion
- Direct mentorship from the managing team with over 50 years of experience between them
- Quarterly bonus structure taking your OTE to £55k in your first year

The Role Executive Search Consultant
- Attending client briefings to understand fully the type of individuals your clients are looking for and what their offering is as a business
- Market mapping and identifying the top CFO talent for your clients
- Working closely with your client to identify the individuals they want you to approach on their behalf
- Speaking with CFOs around their career journey, potential wish-list for a move, and pitching the roles your clients are hiring for
- Ensuring you are fully knowledgeable on the areas your clients and candidates operate in so that you can advise and consult based on market trends
- Working closely with your team to manage the interview process from start to finish
The Requirements Executive Search Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working in a corporate setting (part-time, internship, industrial year etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Confident speaking with a range of high-level individuals
- Motived and self-driven to build a successful career
