The role
We’re looking for a passionate, drivenA&R Sales Executiveto discover exciting talent and champion our PR services. You’ll spot promising artists, open doors with a sharp pitch, and guide them through campaigns that actually move the needle. Music obsession is essential; industry experience is a plus, not a must.
What you’ll do
- Scout talent:Find and evaluate emerging artists via Spotify, YouTube, TikTok and socials.
- Pitch & win:Run high-impact outreach, tailor the value prop, and close deals withartists, labels and managers.
- Own relationships:Be the primary point of contact, steering artists through PR campaigns with clarity and care.
- Build long-term trust:Nurture repeat business and referrals through results and transparency.
- Collaborate across teams:Brief internal teams on artist goals to ensure flawless delivery.
- Run your pipeline:Add and manage leads in the CRM; keep notes clean and up-to-date.
- Stay sharp:Track trends in press, radio, playlisting and TikTok to give artists relevant, actionable advice.
