Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with Atlassian\’s largest, most strategic customers in the EMEA North region.
  • Drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth across our product suite.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams on account planning, opportunity management, and strategic initiatives.
  • Accelerate revenue growth and manage high-value renewals/expansions
  • Own end-to-end sales cycles and identify, lead and close cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
  • Build senior/executive relationships (virtual and in-person)
  • Analyze accounts for growth and risk, and proactively address issues
  • Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to drive account success
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate updates to customers
  • Forecast and report on your book of business

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in account management, sales, customer success, or related fields
  • Strong relationship-building skills across diverse cultures
  • Consistent record of exceeding performance targets
  • Experience with high-value, enterprise customer engagements
  • Skilled in managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles
  • Proven success selling Enterprise SaaS globally
  • Experience with Channel Partners & GSIs for account growth
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS customer journey and risk management
  • Proficient with Slack, Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau
  • Strong data analysis skills for identifying opportunities and forecasting growth
