We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Consultant to play a key role in shaping the next generation of recruitment professionals. If you thrive on coaching, business development, and inspiring others to succeed, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver engaging, in-person training for new hires, consultants, and senior consultants.
Lead sessions on recruitment best practices, sales techniques, and business development strategies.
Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
Travel across our UK offices (Essex, Birmingham, Glasgow) to provide hands-on training.
Track training effectiveness and refine programs to match evolving business needs.
Act as a mentor and coach, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of recruitment experience (ideally up to senior consultant level) with strong business development expertise.
A passion for coaching and developing talent —training experience is a plus but not essential!
Proven sales acumen and a strong understanding of recruitment strategies.
Confident, engaging communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Flexibility to travel between UK offices and work onsite 5 days a week.
Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple training initiatives.
