Accounts Payable Administrator (part time)
We are looking for a part time Accounts Payable Administrator in our Finance team.
The role sits within our Group Finance team which is a pivotal role to support multiple Finance controls across the business.

The role
Receive & record invoices from suppliers
Monitor accounts email address & reply to ad-hoc queries from business/external stakeholders
Support ongoing process improvement/automation
Oversee small volume of Accounts Receivable invoicing monthly
Ad-hoc analysis and reporting
Manage weekly payruns
Management & processing of company credit cards, travel & expenses platforms
Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
What we’re looking for
Ideally 2-3 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable Administrator role
A strong sense of what makes the Accounts Payable function operate effectively
Pride in taking ownership of processes and seeking improvements
Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Personable attitude happy to liaise with internal/external stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional organisational skills.
Ability to adapt to change in business and modify processes accordingly
