A London based company that design, develop and deliver first class Home Fragrance and Beauty products to world-leading retailers is looking for an Assistant Product Manager to join their team.
Working closely with the Product Manager and product teams, you will be responsible for assisting in product development, sample management, project coordination, critical path management, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Assist Product Manager in managing the critical path, ensuring deadlines are met alongside Merchandiser and Product Developer.
Coordinate sample deliveries, collections, and track sample movement between teams, clients, and factories.
Support in processing, labelling, photographing, and logging received samples for marketing, press, and Ecommerce.
Ensure samples are organized for meetings and maintain a tidy sample checking area.
Update product, packaging, and labelling documents, and support in checking product packaging artworks and supplier communications.
Skills Required
Graduate with experience in office and administration
High proficiency in MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook.
Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced design/import environment.
Excellent communication skills for building professional relationships internally and externally.
Positive, self-motivated with a can do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
