As the Head of Personal Development, you will play a crucial role in the curation and implementation of the Personal Development curriculum spanning across all college provisions. The role is varied and dynamic, encompassing a wide range of functions aligned to the Personal Development Strategy.
HEAD OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
As the Head of Personal Development, you will play a crucial role in the curation and implementation of the Personal Development curriculum spanning across all college provisions. The role is varied and dynamic, encompassing a wide range of functions aligned to the Personal Development Strategy.
Active student engagement in activities beyond the curriculum is key to developing the individual. Liaising with employers and local bodies to support, enrich and develop delivery content will be at the forefront of the role.
Coupled with being at the heart of designing the Personal Development Curriculum will be line management of a team of Personal Development Coaches. Deployed across different schools, they will have the responsibility to deliver the centrally designed lessons. The Head of Personal Development will be at the heart of driving a motivated and purposeful team, aimed at providing incredible learning experience to students.
