Legal Secretary – In-House – Property Investment

We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join an international in-house property investment firm.

\\n\\n

This is an exciting and fast-paced role that will see you working on a variety of duties to support the legal team in London and Amsterdam. This role includes:

  • Recording and maintaining records on SharePoint
  • \\n\\t

  • Draft legal documents, including minutes, agendas, and powers of attorney
  • \\n\\t

  • Utilise Companies House for research and reporting work
  • \\n\\t

  • Liaise with internal teams and outside entities
  • \\n\\t

  • Manage diaries and book travel
  • \\n\\t

  • Administer and prepare for board meetings
  • \\n

If you have upwards of two years of experience in a busy legal environment providing secretarial and PA support to a team of fee-earners, this could be the role for you! We are keen to find someone who is IT literate, highly organised, and a team player.

This role is being offered on an initial 6-month contract with a salary up to c£50,000 plus benefits and hybrid working.
