Executive Assistant to CEO – International Entertainment/Music Agency. Central London

This is a fabulous opportunity to work for one of the most vibrant and interesting Entertainment Agencies in the world. Supporting the CEO in a fast paced and sometimes deadline driven role your background will be within Tour Management, Entertainment & Music Management to understand the scope and requirements of this role.You will have 5 years+ within the industry (Essential) and know the pressures and expectations of a CEO of this level in a fast paced and demanding industry. Calm under pressure with an even and focused business head on your shoulders this is a very important role for the CEO and team. Excellent all round Executive Assistant skills and wanting a busy and interesting role to dive into.

The CEO travels and goes on Tour with the clients so you will be A* at international travel with multiple bookings and requests that change. This is where you tour experience will come to the fore. Extensive and ever changing diary management and dealing with complex schedules and requests.

Super smart and always one step ahead this is a business focused role for the CEO and you will liaise with the Private PA on travel matters and logistics.
