The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, Strategic Accounts to drive growth, retention, and expansion within some of our most valuable customers. You’ll manage a book of strategic accounts, working with some of the world’s most iconic brands.
This is a role where storytelling meets strategy. You’ll champion the value of human insights across multiple departments and stakeholders—ensuring our customers see the real impact UserTesting has on their business.
You’ll
- Exceed annual targets, including retained revenue and net new expansion revenue
- Guide complex sales processes with a focus on solving problems across multiple teams
- Build strong advocates among existing users, highlighting ROI and driving internal use cases
- Own the full sales cycle—from pipeline generation to close
- Proactively develop proposals that encourage broader use of UserTesting across the enterprise
- Forecast effectively and track key sales metrics using SFDC
- Share feedback and collaborate cross-functionally to shape the future of our product
The Team
You’ll join our high-performing Go-to-Market team—an accomplished group of sales professionals, solution consultants, customer success managers, and business development reps. With a global presence and strong leadership, we’re focused on helping our customers win through deeper human understanding.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep experience nurturing enterprise accounts to uncover and drive expansion opportunities
- Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales, winning complex six and seven-figure deals
- Ability to travel (~30%) to meet customers and collaborate with teammates in-region
- Passion for structured sales methodology—we use MEDDPICC to guide our discovery and qualification
- Ownership mentality—you’re confident leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- High levels of emotional intelligence, resilience, and a growth mindset
- Experience engaging with champions and C-level stakeholders alike
- Strong multi-threading and discovery skills across complex, matrixed organizations
- Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating sales cycles with urgency and insight
- Fluency in sales tools like Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Google Suite, and more
