We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee groundworks and civils on a major industrial new build in Northampton.
Role Overview:
You’ll take day-to-day responsibility for the groundworks package , reporting to the Project Manager and ensuring safe, quality, and efficient delivery on-site.
Duties include :

Overseeing subcontractors for all civils/groundworks elements

Managing daily site activity, safety, and progress

Ensuring quality control and compliance with design/spec

Coordination with engineers and logistics team

Supporting toolbox talks, RAMS reviews, and site documentation
