Youu2019ll work with modern technologies to deliver solutions in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and secure data captureu2014serving some of the most innovative organizations.
**Your Role in Our Mission**
Translate functional specs into robust, well-documented technical designs that guide engineering teams through implementation.
Provide hands-on leadership to developers working in C#/.NET, APIs, and microservicesu2014ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability across projects.
Run Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and oversee sprint planning while maintaining project momentum and delivery timelines.
Direct developers, configuration engineers, and QA professionals across multiple concurrent implementationsu2014focusing on technical delivery and team velocity.Lead QA efforts, enforce secure development practices, and validate system performance across on-prem and cloud deployments.
Build reusable C#-based solution components, reference architectures, and technical models to support solution design and presales proposals.
**What You Bring**
Strong development background in C#/.NET, including experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architectures.
Hands-on delivery of solutions involving ECM, RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, AutoIT), intelligent document processing, and tools like Kofax.
Deep familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, firewalls, and security protocols.
Solid grasp of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall, RUP) and the ability to work across hybrid environments.
Bachelor\’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldu2014or equivalent technical experience.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align technical teams and present solutions to business stakeholders.
