Digital Marketing Executive – 12 Month MAT Cover
Join us at Wessex Internet as a Digital Marketing Executive on a 12-month maternity cover. We are a fast-growing, innovative Internet provider delivering full-fibre broadband across rural areas in the Southwest, including Dorset, Somerset, New Forest, and Wiltshire. The Role
The Digital Marketing Executive will support our marketing team across multiple digital channels. Responsibilities include managing website content, supporting digital campaigns, lead generation via Meta forms and paid search, analyzing campaign performance, and supporting digital build projects such as QGIS area mapping and social media posting. This role is a 12-month maternity cover, with potential future opportunities within the marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily website content updates, create landing pages, ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and SEO-friendly
- Assist with campaign delivery across ads and website
- Own and optimize Meta lead gen forms and support search engine campaigns on Google and Bing
- Monitor and report on digital activities performance
- Stay updated with digital trends and propose innovative ideas
- Support build projects including QGIS mapping and social media posts
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, supporting search, display, and paid social campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
- Strong Excel skills for reporting and insights
- Experience with website content management systems (Umbraco advantageous)
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) advantageous
- Experience managing agencies desirable
- Understanding of SEO and SEO tools
- Proactive, enthusiastic, eager to learn and take ownership
- Full UK driving license and own car required for commuting

Additional Details
Location: Office-based near Blandford Forum, Dorset. 8am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the office. Full UK license and car required. No sponsorship available.
