Our growing Boston Region Client is currently seeking a Head of Marketing to help scale their company and brand.

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2C marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will serve as the lead marketing executive. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with the company\’s growth, advertising, and brand objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall marketing and brand strategy aligned with business goals and brand vision.
- Oversee all B2C marketing initiatives across print and digital.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team.
- Optimize the use of HubSpot CRM for campaign automation, segmentation, and analytics.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI reporting.
- Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
- Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms
- Be strategic AND heavily involved in day-to-day marketing requests across established and new stores.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a lead/senior/executive role.
- Proven success in B2C marketing for a growing mid-sized company.
- Hands-on expertise in marketing automation and analytics tools (ex: HubSpot CRM, Salesforce CRM, Zoho CRM).
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in scaling brands and building high-performing teams.
- Experienced in both Paid and Organic Social Media strategy, with expertise in the latest platforms and tools (ex: G4, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite Ads, Sprout Social)
- BA in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
