Hours : Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)

Introduction to the role:
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join our well-established Private Client team in Liverpool.
Introduction To The Team
Headed up by Fionnuala Kenny, the Private Client team operate nationally to deliver best-practice advice on tax, estate planning, wealth management and trusts. They deliver a service that allows clients to safeguard, develop and ultimately pass on their wealth with complete peace of mind.
Core Business Of The Team
- Advising owners of family businesses regarding IHT and succession planning
- Advising families on generational wealth planning, including wills, trusts, probate and powers of attorney
- Establishing and managing family trusts
- Advising trustees and beneficiaries on their duties, rights and powers
- Administering complex estates
What Are We Looking For
Important criteria:
- Qualified Solicitor, Accountant or equivalent with demonstrable experience in a Private Client Team
- Full membership or working towards, of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) or other relevant professional tax qualifications.
- Commitment to developing and growing a Private Client practice
- An understanding of clients, colleagues and others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Enthusiasm to promote Hill Dickinson and the Private Client Team
- Proactive approach to managing workload
- Good level of judgement and logical approach to problem solving
- Excellent financial management
