Your apprenticeship will be supported by Baltic Apprenticeships who will provide training on an average of every 4-6 weeks over a 2 day period, we will support you the best we can to ensure your knowledge and skills develop within Digital Marketing. In this role, you\’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Assist the Head of Marketing, and the wider marketing team, to create and deliver impactful campaigns for a variety of audiences, to increase brand awareness and drive new leads for all key business functions. Regular competitor analysis, presenting key findings. Compiling industry reports and press reviews. Photography of our properties, events and wider community engagement. Recording, editing and publishing video content. Interviewing a variety of audiences on camera for social media. Support with creating assets for and updating the CERT Life app. Assisting with the set-up and recording of the podcast. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge Knowledge of digital design relevant for online marketing channels. Creativity alongside initiative with the ability to set and prioritise goals. Ability to work on own initiative. Excellent communication, both written and verbal. Interest in continuous improvement. Enthusiastic, dedicated and hard working. Grade 5 in GCSE Maths & Grade 4 in GCSE English. Salary, Hours&Benefits: £14,722.50 per annum. 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday. 20 days annual leave. Team incentives. Cycle to work scheme. This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we\’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
