If modern wellbeing were redesigned from scratch, it wouldn’t live in a GP’s office or a cluttered supplement aisle. It would be digital-first, beautifully curated, and powered by data that actually helps you feel your best.
Build the Future of Wellbeing
Do Your Life’s Best Work
If modern wellbeing were redesigned from scratch, it wouldn’t live in a GP’s office or a cluttered supplement aisle. It would be digital-first, beautifully curated, and powered by data that actually helps you feel your best.
That’s what we’re building at Healf —an ecommerce platform at the intersection of personalised health and curated wellbeing. We connect customers with the world’s most effective products across EAT MOVE MIND and SLEEP , and we’re just getting started.
We combine culture-shaping storytelling , cutting-edge health tech (like our new blood testing platform, Healf Zone ), and a best-in-class product experience to help people build rituals that work.
Backed by investors behind Soho House, Alo Yoga, Cult Beauty, and Innocent , we’re scaling fast—and redefining how the world shops and lives well.
The Role
Healf was just named one of The Times’ Fastest Growing Companies 2025 — and we’re only getting started. With £40M+ in revenue and ambitious plans ahead, we’re building the UK’s leading wellness business across EAT, MOVE, MIND and SLEEP.
To keep up with our growth, we’re looking for a hands-on, high-output Talent Acquisition Lead to own UK hiring end-to-end, elevate our hiring playbook, and bring in the best talent out there. You’ll also lead our small but mighty PH-based recruiting team and have the opportunity to shape People Ops more broadly.
What you\’ll do
- Run hiring from end to end – sourcing to offer to onboarding, across all UK roles
- Manage our PH-based recruiter team (3 people), ensuring output and alignment
- Audit and optimise our ATS (TeamTailor) to improve adoption, visibility, and speed
- Implement structured interviews and scorecards to reduce bias and raise the bar
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure fast, high-quality decision-making
- Source creatively – outbound, referrals, events, and non-obvious talent pools
- Position Healf as a destination brand for talent across wellness, tech and ops
- Take ownership of contracts and onboarding to create a world-class candidate experience
- Support broader People Ops work – including culture, training, and people systems
- Report key hiring metrics to drive clarity and accountability
We\’re looking for someone who
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup
- Gets our culture – loves wellbeing but also values hard work
- Proven ATS experience (bonus if you know TeamTailor)
- Ambitious, curious, relentless and ego-free – you solve problems and get stuck in
- Can juggle multiple roles and stakeholders without sacrificing quality
- Excellent communicator – you sell the mission and get the right people to say yes
- Excited to grow beyond recruiting, into People Ops, culture and team building
Why Join Healf?
- 50% off all Healf products
- New London HQ with in-office Sunlighten sauna + wellness suite
- Weekly yoga, ice baths, and a retreat once a year
- Performance reviews every quarter – your growth matters here
- A team of A-players who care deeply about what we’re building
- Real autonomy, fast decisions, and the chance to make your mark
