Job SummaryAs a Bid Consultant at AutogenAI, you will apply expertise in bids and proposals to guide clients in adopting our generative AI platform, embedding best practice, improving efficiency, and elevating the quality of their responses.

Responsibilities

Expert Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor on tender strategies, RFP responses, and proposal language.

Training & Support: Lead bid-specific training sessions and provide hands‐on support to upskill bid teams.

Client Enablement: Leverage bid process knowledge (e.g., Shipley, APMP) to align AutogenAI solutions with customer processes.

Solution Implementation: Partner with Customer, Sales, and Product teams to tailor platform usage to each client\’s needs.

Content Development: Support creation and refinement of reusable content libraries.

Customer Feedback Loops: Channel client insights into product development to continually improve platform functionality.

Collaboration: Work cross‐functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver a seamless experience for clients.
