This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global FMCG company as Legal Counsel for the UK business. Sitting on the regional leadership team, you will act as the go-to legal adviser for the business, partnering with senior stakeholders across marketing, supply chain, commercial, and beyond.
The role:
In this hands-on and varied position, you\’ll:
· Advise on a broad range of commercial matters.
· Support high-profile marketing campaigns and product launches.
· Lead on contracts and negotiations with key suppliers, customers, and distributors.
· Be a trusted partner on ethics & compliance, regulatory, and product issues.
· Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the region.

About you:
· As a guide, you\’ll be a UK-qualified commercial lawyer with 5+ years PQE (in-house or private practice).
· Experience advising on commercial contracts, marketing/advertising, and procurement/supply chains.
· A confident communicator, able to influence and build strong relationships across functions.
· FMCG or international corporate experience is advantageous but not essential.
