Location: This role is offered on a hybrid basis, which involves a combination of working from our Corby or London (Kings Cross) office and also remotely. Please note, where London is preferred, there will still be regular attendance into Corby required as part of the role.
We’re looking for a commercially-minded Finance Business Partner to support our dynamic Supply Chain function. This is a high-impact role working at the heart of the business, helping to drive performance, shape strategy, and deliver insight across a £200m cost base supporting a £2bn revenue line.
You\’ll partner closely with Supply Chain leaders, Group Finance, and local market teams to deliver actionable analysis, robust decision support and value-adding challenge – all while helping to simplify and standardise reporting across multiple sites and geographies.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Act as a key business partner to the Supply Chain leadership team, using financial insight to influence decision-making.
- Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting across the Supply Chain function, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Deliver accurate and insightful reporting, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Support investment decisions with robust financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Provide financial oversight and challenge for key Supply Chain programmes and projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting quality, consistency, and efficiency across a complex, multi-site environment.
About You:
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong commercial acumen and experience of business partnering with operational or supply chain teams.
- Skilled in financial planning, performance analysis, and investment appraisal.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, actionable insight.
- Confident working with large data sets and translating analysis into business-focused recommendations.
- Experience in a global or matrix organisation, ideally with exposure to supply chain, logistics or distribution.
