Finance Assistant – Digital Media, Permanent, London, £40,000
Our client, a leading global events and digital media company is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-driven Finance Assistant to join their team based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day finance operations that support a diverse portfolio of industry-leading brands and products.
In this hands-on role, you'll work across invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and month-end support-partnering with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth, accurate financial processes in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process invoices, staff expenses, and supplier payments via ERP systems
Prepare and manage weekly payment runs, ensuring all VAT and tax requirements are met
Manage supplier statements, handle income reconciliations, and support bank recs
Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve financial queries and support debt collection
Assist in closing month-end and posting relevant journals
What You'll Bring:
Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
Strong working knowledge of MS Dynamics ERP
