Job Description
Contract AWS CloudWAN Specialist
Location: Flexible
Start Date: Mid-August (flexible for early September)
Duration: 2 months (potential to extend to 3 months, subject to rate)
Clearance/Vetting Required: Standard vetting process (allow a few weeks)
Day rate: Competitive rate OUTSIDE IR35
We are seeking a highly experienced AWS CloudWAN Specialist to join a project with a critical competency gap around AWS networking-specifically, CloudWAN. This is a niche role requiring deep subject matter expertise in CloudWAN; general AWS networking knowledge will not suffice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input into low-level design (LLD) documentation
- Validate landing zone network architecture
- Lead the implementation and testing of AWS CloudWAN solutions
- Work closely with the project team to ensure network designs meet security, scalability, and performance requirements
Required Experience:
- Proven expertise in AWS networking, with a strong focus on CloudWAN
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing CloudWAN in production environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts in cloud-native environments
- Ability to contribute to both the design and build phases of the project
