Your future team
Atlassian is looking for an experienced Global Strategic Partner Manager , covering one of our most significant Services partners. This role reports directly to the Head of Global Alliances, and will be responsible for growing incremental, measurable revenue on a global basis, across a diverse range of enterprise solutions built on the Atlassian Platform.

The Global Alliances team drives Atlassian\’s expansion in key markets and industries by focusing on enterprise customers and working with strategic partners across diverse solution areas, while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
Responsibilities
In this role you will
Be a key member of The Global Alliance; As a Global Strategic Partner Manager , you will partner with Atlassian leadership to refine our partnership sales model and lead engagement with a major services partner, accelerating channel growth through coordinated efforts with all partner-facing teams.
You\’ll be responsible for partner engagement and go-to-market initiatives, developing a robust pipeline of joint opportunities with enterprise customers and delivering on channel targets.
- Serve as the global lead for all aspects of a critical global partnership
- Manage and develop a coverage model and operating framework with Channel field team leadership
- Monitor and assess the impact of key initiatives and investments
- Balance long-term partner growth with achieving annual targets, in collaboration with Field Sales and Partner Solutions Teams
- Be an advocate for Atlassian within partners\’ community becoming a trusted advisor for the partner
- Team with our Enterprise Sales, Solution Specialists, Partner Solutions teams on optimizing the co-selling motion
- Develop demand generation strategies across key product and solution areas
- Align with Channel Field and Program teams to deliver a coordinated engagement model
- Collaborate with global cross-functional business teams
- \”Be the change you seek\” and demonstrate leadership while helping Atlassian to continuously improve our ability to better serve our customers and partners

- Substantial experience in Alliance Management in a Services ecosystem
- A track record of achieving both sales and non-revenue performance metrics, with successful delivery across teams
- Proven success creating sales plays with multiple integrated partners (e.g., SaaS providers, hyperscalers, ISVs)
- Experience building and managing Global Alliance partnerships through a data driven approach
- Strong communication skills – both through language and cultural understanding globally
- An understanding of how to deliver as a cross-functional leader by engaging with and influencing other groups within the organization
- Ability to drive channel initiatives while maintaining a holistic view of the overall business
