About the Role
As an HGV Class 2 Driver at Whistl, you will:
- Operate and maintain your HGV vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the timely and secure delivery of goods to designated locations.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service,
- Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A valid HGV licence
- CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification
- Digital tachograph card
- Excellent driving record with no major violations or accidents and no more than 3 points on your licence
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to handle physical demands, including heavy lifting and long hours on the road
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Clean licence (no more than 3 points )
